Outreach Coordinator. Led the transition of SEABA’s member management from a semi-manual system to MembershipWorks, streamlining operations and improving member experience. Designed and built a dynamic Art Hop registration system with automated, conditional confirmations, and developed a comprehensive event FAQ to support participants and team members.

Collaborate with Executive Director Christy Mitchell on the planning and execution of Art Hop—SEABA’s flagship, award-winning annual event—while serving as a primary point of contact for participant inquiries. Contribute to ongoing outreach efforts and special projects, including support for the new SEABA Center for the Arts at 400 Pine Street.

The South End Arts + Business Association (SEABA) cultivates the connections between art and business to grow and preserve the vibrant, creative community of the South End Arts District through signature events, marketing, and advocacy.
