I’m a project manager specializing in gatherings that foster community and conversation. I spearheaded the first Vets Town Hall in Vermont, and continue to coordinate and consult on these events both locally and nationally. I work as the Teacher Host/Coordinator for the International Herb Symposium, and I work on fundraising and programming for Northern Vermont University’s Veterans Summit. I’ve managed a busy schedule of author events for a Vermont-owned group of bookstores, and have professional experience in stage management.

In an earlier stint as a freelance writer, my work was published in the Broad Street Review, Stage Directions, Seven Days, and other outlets. I majored in Character Studies – the study of character development in different forms of storytelling, with a background in psychology – at Cornell University, as part of Cornell’s College Scholar Program. I’ve lived and worked in Galway, Ireland; MDI, Maine; and Philadelphia; and have since returned home to Vermont. I am a tea enthusiast, a student of herbalism, a card-carrying member of the Letter Writers Alliance, and an out of practice contact juggler.
